Sherifview Journal September 20-2011: Barack Obama Struggle for Fair Taxation

Barack Obama is battling a waterloo with his Republican political hords. In this battle there are many mounted horses Republican generals.
The question whether Barack Obama will steadfast with the increasing skrimishes of the battle or calling the truce and raise the white flag.
The battle is all about fair taxation and rescuing the mounting debt by letting the rich noble aristocracy to pitch in and accept increasing their taxes due to Uncle Sam.

Sherifview September-13-2011, The Poverty Level is Climbing up the Roof

Amid a still struggling economy, more Americans fell below the poverty line last year, according to new census data released Tuesday.

The nation's poverty rate rose to 15.1% in 2010, its highest level since 1993. About 46.2 million people are considered in need.

It is a big shift in the economics in this country where the distribution of wealth is over and over concentrated in the hands of the rich elite who are the sacred cows by the Republicans, now the bitter fruit with increasing poverty levels and the need for public assistance. All this explains the economic problems facing the nation.

The redistribution of wealth is important and the adequate taxation of the wealthy is a must. Shifting some wealth to the poor will improve the economy immensely.

Sherifview Journal September 10-2011: Barack Obama Social Security Payroll Tax Cuts Insanity

The Social Security tax is imposed on the first $106,800 of taxable income. Under Obama's bigger tax cut, an extra $1,550 would go to taxpayers earning $50,000 a year. The maximum savings would be about $3,300 for an individual and $6,600 for a couple.

The pay roll social security tax cuts should be raised and definitley not cut. Why Barack Obama keep picking on the Americans on social security for slapping and specially those at lower income brackets.

Is he about to destroy the social security?
Shame.

Sherifview Journal: September-06-2011 No and No to any Extension of Payroll tax cuts for Workers

two of the biggest measures in the president's proposals for 2012 are expected to be a one-year extension of a payroll tax cut for workers and an extension of expiring jobless benefits. Together those two would total about $170 billion.

The social security cuts in workers payroll are foolish and no need of it at all. No body ask for it and will not add any thing to the economy. Quite the opposite social security cuts should be raised in pay rolls.
The increase in revenue should b edistributed to the low income senior citizens who will spend it fast and stimulate the economy.
